Born in the winter of 1976 in a small town in British Columbia, Canada, Ms. Bohmer’s fascination with all things obscure and unknown started at an early age. Her love of horror blossomed at the age of four while watching the 1970’s version of Dracula, starring Frank Langella. Although she was more interested in Renefield’s disgusting taste for bugs than she was in the suave Count.
Louise first picked up the pen, or rather an antique British typewriter, in her younger years. By her teens, she had moved into poetry and short story composition.
Ms. Bohmer is the Editor-in-Chief of Lachesis Publishing, senior editor with LBF Books, and she also edits for other small press companies in addition
to working as a contributing editor with Marked

Her dark and erotic fiction has been published in Black
Ink Horror Magazine, Alien
Skin Magazine, Ruthie’s Club, Whiskey Creek Press and

the Dreamlands. Her debut novel, The Black Act, will also be published
